Natural Magnolia Wood Saya Cover for Santoku (180mm) - Yoshihiro

Product Description The Japanese Magnolia wood (Ho-no-ki) is commonly utilized to create saya covers for both traditional and Western-style knives. Magnolia wood provides the ideal protection for knives due to its soft, moisture-resistant nature and lack of strong resins that could potentially cause corrosion in carbon steel. For added safety, a pin is included to secure the blade and sheath in place. Please note that we recommend placing a knife in the Saya only after the knife blade has dried.
